1. Shipping Regions & Timelines

Processing Time: All orders require 1-3 business days for processing, quality inspection, and packing. This duration may extend during holiday seasons.

Shipping Time: Refers to the transit time after your package leaves our warehouse.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically 8-10 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: Typically 3-5 business days.

Total Estimated Delivery Time: From the date you place your order, please allow approximately 9-13 total business days (Standard) or 4-8 total business days (Expedited).

Important Notes:

  • "Business days" are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • All timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to inclement weather, customs inspections, holiday peaks, or carrier issues, which are beyond our control.

2. Shipping Costs

Costs are calculated based on your order destination and subtotal.

Continental United States (48 Contiguous States)

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Orders of $88 or more: FREE.

    • Orders under $88: A flat rate of $5.99 applies.

  • Expedited Shipping (DHL/FedEx/UPS):

    • Orders $0.00 - $69.00: $40.00

    • Orders $69.01 - $139.00: $45.00

    • Orders over $139.00: $50.00

Non-Contiguous U.S. & International Orders
We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, and all other countries.

  • Shipping Costs: Rates vary by destination and will be calculated automatically at checkout.

  • Carriers: We primarily use DHL, FedEx, UPS, and USPS.

  • Customs & Import Duties: The recipient is solely responsible for paying all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for potential fees in advance.

3. Order & Shipment Information

Shipment Notification: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

Address Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not liable for failed, delayed, or lost deliveries due to incorrect or insufficient addresses. Please contact customer service before your order ships if you need to make an address change.

4. Important Notes & Liability

Transit Risk: Once a package is handed over to the carrier, NorvincyOfficial's fulfillment obligation is complete. We are not directly liable for loss, damage, or delays occurring during transit. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in tracing the shipment or filing a claim with the carrier.

Shipping Costs Are Non-Refundable: All shipping charges are non-refundable, including in cases of order cancellation or returns initiated by the customer.

Return Shipping Costs: If a return is necessary, the cost to return the item(s) is the customer's responsibility. The original shipping fee paid does not cover the return postage.

Force Majeure: We cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, war, or government actions. We will notify affected customers and seek solutions promptly.
