Returns Policy

We offer FREE returns/exchanges if there are any defects associated with the merchandise that are a result of OUR fault! If a problem is present, please inform us within 30 days. 

If you ordered an item with sizing issues, please contact us for more information on how you can exchange the item in a different size. 

While we're unable to process refunds once your order has entered production or has been shipped, we're happy to accommodate cancellation requests received within 24 hours of order placement. In such cases, we would be pleased to cancel your order and arrange for a full refund of your payment. We appreciate your understanding of this policy!

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Once you want to return a product, please send us a return/exchange request to support@norvincyoffical.com including the following details:

  • Your order number
  • SKU number of the product which you need to return or exchange
  • Evidence picture/video showing the problem/defect 

2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition – unwashed, unused and undamaged. It also need to be in the original packaging with all the original labels. If not, the buyer will be responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.

RETURN SHIPPING:

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Please use registered mails with online delivery tracking number for returns. If the returned order could not be tracked during transit, a safe reception could not be guaranteed by us. In the following cases, you’ll be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Incorrect order:

    If you ordered a wrong product or an incorrect size, you need to pay for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse) if you want a replacement. If you choose refund, we will refund the original product price.

    • Unwanted item:

      If you no longer want the item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product for a return. 

      REFUNDS:

      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

      If you are approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 1 week.

      All shipping costs of the original order are non-refundable.

      We are not responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, or fees incurred when returning products. 

      NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

      Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

      1. Swimwear, bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, earrings and body piercings
      2. Health and personal care items
      3. Sanitary goods
      4. Final sale items
